DESCRIPTION:
The Wrap Around is an automatic case packing / tray packing machine designed for packaging products starting from die-cut cardboard / tray.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is made up of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical parts supported by an operator interface control system. The proposed version has a power supply positioned at 90° to the machine axis. The type of packaging includes a wide range of formats, always within the scope of the product type described above. Quick and easy management of the format change via handwheels with numerical indicators, furthermore the production cycle requires the supervision of a single operator who, via direct visual control, must verify its correct functioning. The combination of the most modern mechanical and electronic technological concepts applied in the project has allowed to obtain a machine with high reliability, flexibility and ease of use. It is possible to obtain perfectly packaged cases without the normal variations in product size affecting the final presentation; the quality of the final packaging is such as to satisfy the most sophisticated needs. The packages are expelled from the machine, complete and aligned, ready for final storage.
