DESCRIPTION:
Bottle filling & closing machine for liquids, works with intermittent movements, mechanical and automatic operation for filling and closing of bottles. The line is mainly composed of a rotary filling/capping machine and of rotary orientators and feeders. It is suitable for the treatment of all kinds of cosmetic products and is designed to handle a wide range of containers and closures with the current dosing capacity of up to 200 ml. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability. Bausch Strobel fillers and cappers guarantee good versatility because of the possibility of handling different kinds of products with specially designed closing units and the possibility of processing many types of closures.

MAIN FEATURES:
Constructive modularity, easy size change-over and compact overall design. The technological solutions, the quality of materials and ease of use are the elements that ensure the operational reliability of this machine. Format currently installed is for 200 ml bottle. There are the following size parts present: 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml. The caps and the bottles are fed to the filling machine after which the individual bottles are positioned to be filled. Afterwards the bottles arrive at the filling station equipped with dosing pumps where they are filled and then proceed towards the closing station where a dosing ‘stopper’ is inserted and then containers are closed with screw caps. Further on the bottles filled and closed arrive to the discharge conveyor belt that feeds them directly to the next machine.

The filling and capping machine is complete with:
