The unit was previously used to dehydrate powder for nutraceutical products. The unit is complete with 2 stainless steel dollies. The tray drying oven is provided with a control system made up of a programmable controller and an operating panel. The control system manages the machine and its basic parameters, such as temperatures, times and pressures. It allows an easy interfacing with the operator and makes it possible to customize the work cycles and maintenance operations.
