DESCRIPTION:
Pure steam generators are designed and constructed to solve any problem of sterilisation of pharmaceutical equipment and process lines. The quality of the produced steam is constant in terms of pyrogenic contents, superheat value and dryness fraction, independently from pressure and production flow rate.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices.

MAIN FEATURES:
The pure steam production system is fed with purified water with a flow rate of 450 l/h at a temperature of 15 °C. The water is stored in the break tank from which it is pressurized by the centrifugal pump and sent to the evaporation chamber. The storage tank is equipped with digital level sensors. The system is managed through its own local power and control panel located onboard. On the loading line of the exchanger there are the pressure gauge, the fissimeter and the automatic valve. The pump is driven by an inverter. The heat exchanger acts as an evaporator of pure water. The water is heated by the incoming industrial steam. The pure water inside the evaporator also becomes steam and comes out of the nozzle located on the head of the exchanger.
