IMA MOD. C90 - A91 - Blistering cartoning line

DESCRIPTION:
The C90/A91 line was designed for the automatic production of blisters, of which quality control, counting and cartoning are carried out. Built as an integrated line, the machine is the most reliable medium speed blister line that maintains exceptional efficiency levels during production shifts not only in terms of production/surface ratio but also in terms of product handling throughout the whole line.

MAIN FEATURES:
The line consists of two machines that complement each other: the C90 blister packer and the A91 cartoner. On board the machine there is a computer for parameterizing the production setup, production control, guided diagnostics, instructions for the operator, format change and recording and maintenance. In line with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, the C90-A91 has been designed for rapid changeovers from one product to another. Built in compliance with GMP, the line provides the maximum guarantee in terms of operator and product safety throughout the entire production process. The machine can be set-up quickly and easily to work all the materials used in the pharmaceutical industry. Electronic systems control the machine automatically during each process, controlling the various stages of production up to the finished product. The IMA Safe forming system guarantees high quality blisters even in case of material susceptible to shrinkage, visual defects or layer splitting. Easy integration of multiple product feeding systems. With the sealing roller technology all packaging materials can be controlled: this includes the quantity of heat, time and pressure used for the sealing process. IMA’s specific pyramid grid creates a continuous seal around the entire pocket edge with uniformity in the laminating layers.
