Bagging: White Eagle vertical bagger, discharge conveyor and bag levelling conveyor.

Cartoning: HC-3200 horizontal cartoner with Nordson hot melt system.

End of line: Carton conveyors, coding, case sealer, gravity rollers and Loma AS checkweigher.

Recorded average rates: 90 g: 42.8 units/min. 114 g: 40.2 units/min. Each figure is the arithmetic mean of the average actual rates of the product references in that format in the production export.

Documented package formats: 114 g folding carton: 3.5 × 1 × 6 in the packaging list, with no unit stated. The 90 g folding-carton dimensions are not documented.

Equipment Details:
