DESCRIPTION:
The Rotating Accumulation Table in stainless steel is ideal for the allignment and sorting of products.
SECTORS OF USE:

MAIN FEATURES:
The “rotary table” machine consists of a stainless steel structure enclosed at the base, containing the gear motor and the control electrical panel. The gear motor, mounted centrally to the structure, drives the main transmission shaft, which in turn transmits rotation to the rotating table. The appropriately shaped sides facilitate the entry of bottles that follow the outer edge and are directed towards the exit. When the exit channel is full, the bottles are automatically diverted towards the center of the table and circulate there to return again towards the exit channel. The purpose of the machine is to accumulate bottles exiting the filler/labeler when the downstream machine stops or slows down, and conversely, to supply bottles to the downstream machine when the upstream machine stops or slows down, ensuring that the production cycle is continuous. The table can also be loaded manually via a tray or receive bottles from a conveyor belt to then reintroduce them at the exit.
