The packaging system for powders in heat-sealed pouches made of laminated material is high performance. The machine consists of a heat-sealing packaging system, a feeder unit and a dosing unit for powders or granulates, accompanied by an integrated control panel and a conveyor belt for outgoing pouches. Filling is done via a hopper equipped with an auger, ensuring accurate dosing. The VBU model is designed to perform fully automatic forming, filling, heat-sealing and cutting of pouches. The machine structure is designed to minimize vibration propagation, ensuring smooth operation. Operator presence is required only for product and heat-sealable laminate reel loading operations. This machine underwent an overhaul in 2014, ensuring reliability and performance. The machine allows a production speed ranging from 15 to 250 cycles per minute, depending on product quality and environmental conditions. The length of pouches produced varies between 50 and 150 mm.
