DESCRIPTION:
The SL 400V is an automatic carton labeling machine designed to make all adjustments possible, from changes of the label rolls to the printing tapes, to the parts of the format from the control side, allowing an extreme ease of intervention to the operating staff. It can work in line with other packaging machines, or offline with suitable feeding devices.

Stainless steel construction. Continuously adjustable speed. Label distribution with stepper motor. Label dispensing unit equipped with vertical and horizontal micrometric adjustments. Rewind the label holder with mechanical clutch. Automatic waste assembly for all types of error. Safety devices according to CE regulations. Equipped with a control unit for labelling by means of luminescence photocells with machine stop or automatic rejection of products not labelled. Machinery equipped with self-diagnosis unit on Siemens SIMATIC OP7 luminous display with clear text of the cause and the procedure to be followed to quickly restore the operation of the machine in case of failure or for the normal management of the working functions. Adjustable feet for easier adjustment in production lines.
