DESCRIPTION:
The machine for the continuous control of weight consists essentially of a base that has the task of supporting the balance and a transport device for objects. A comparison scale of high sensitivity and readiness, equipped with an electromagnetic detector that transforms into an electrical signal the position that assumes the balance plate, burdened by the weight of the balance. Equipped with belt conveyor and a projector unit with photocell that signals the moment when the object is about to leave the balance plate.

MAIN FEATURES:
The balance is inserted in a transport line of the objects to be checked of any nature and shape. The passing object takes a certain amount of time to run across the balance; this time, although small, is sufficient for the balance to settle in the position proportional to the weight of the object. When the object is about to leave the balance plate, it intercepts a ray of light that passes through the conveyor. The phototransistor receiver, thus obscured, provides the electronic circuit with the command to perform the weight reading at that precise moment. This weight value is immediately compared with the two values, lower and upper, set as the permissible tolerance limits. From this comparison comes the decision of the machine to accept or not the weighing, that is whether to let go of the object undisturbed, or to divert or expel it.
