We are currently exploring the possibility of installing a Solvent Recovery Plant. The solvent has to be recovered from exhaust air coming out of the dryer of our coating line. General details as follows: Material Type: Rubber / Adhesive Solution dispersed in Solvents such as Toluene and MCB (Mono Chloro Benzene) Solvent to recover from SLA (Solvent Loaded Air) Type of Solvent: Toluene Solvent Recovery Per Hour: Minimum 40kgs to Maximum 150kgs Solvent Recovery Method: Adsorption or Other Suitable Method Air Flow: 18000 m3 / hour Temperature of Exhaust Air: 40 - 55 C Ambient Temperature: 8 - 48 C Seismic Zone: III (Moderate)
