Termoplast LLPV02-2022 Powder Filling Machine

The LLPV-02-2022 powder filling machine is a unit fully manufactured in stainless steel grade 316L for all components in contact with the product, while non-contact parts are made of stainless steel grade 304. The function of the equipment is to dose powders from 1 gram to 5 grams, with weight controlled by a load cell and dosing performed through a screw feeder driven by a servomotor.

At the inlet, the equipment features a rotary disc that functions both as a buffer and as an orienting device for the vials onto the conveyor belt, which feeds the glass containers. This belt transports the vials to the feeding stars, which position the containers by means of servo-motor movement onto the load cell. Once the vial is placed on the load cell, the equipment automatically tares the vial and, according to the program, instructs the system to dose the product into the vial. The dosing process is controlled by a servo motor and initiated according to parameters set on the touch screen. After the dosing volume is completed as per the programmed values, the equipment signals the servo that drives the feeding disc to move to a new position, repeating the dosing cycle.

The equipment is fitted at the inlet with a container-presence verification sensor located on the side of the conveyor. This sensor provides the signal to activate the load cell, which in turn triggers the product dosing system.

The equipment is equipped with a load cell for weight control and a pneumatic system with a rotary cylinder for rejection control, designed to reject containers that fall outside specifications due to minimum or maximum fill levels.

The equipment includes an OP (operation panel) from which the different weight and rejection variables are configured. On the screen, the operator can also view the number of accepted units and the number of rejected units, as well as the filling performance graph of the containers or vials.
NOTE: It worked with formulations and applications of antibiotics and corticosteroids.
