Keller Co Tampo Master Pad Printer

TampoMaster – semi-automatic, 3-colour pad printing machine designed for decorating parts of various shapes, including flat, cylindrical, oval, elliptical and square parts.

The machine is designed for operator-assisted operation, with the operator manually placing parts in a dedicated fixture and removing the finished parts. It can also be additionally integrated with a manipulator or other peripheral equipment to automate loading and unloading.

The machine is equipped with a 3-colour pad printing module with servo drives enabling precise adjustment of the pickup and printing positions via the HMI panel. The pads are equipped with additional actuators that extend the pads during printing. Both the printing and pickup processes are carried out by electric pressure drives. Settings can be saved in recipes. The part table provides precise positioning and height adjustment with digital position readout. The cliché cross table allows position adjustment in two directions as well as angular adjustment.

The pad system allows independent adjustment of the pickup and printing positions for each colour. The machine is equipped with a pad cleaning system with adjustable cleaning frequency and tape feed amount. The tape can be replaced without the use of tools.

The closed ink cup system increases process stability by stabilizing the thinner content in the ink mixture and reducing thinner evaporation and operator exposure. The ink cup is equipped with a plug that allows ink or thinner to be refilled without removing the cup.

The machine is controlled via a 10-inch HMI panel with recipe management, USB transfer of settings and process parameter adjustment.

The machine is equipped with sliding guards, light curtains and guard opening sensors.
