Keller K-Roll ROTO 2 Hot Stamping Machine

The maximum dimensions of products that can be printed on these machines are 30 mm diameter, length 150 mm.

The machine is ideal for precise, repeatable, and fast printing of cylindrical components – perfect for the cosmetics, chemical, food, and technical industries.

High efficiency – thanks to two automatic printing stations, it is possible to print two colors on a single part or work on two parts simultaneously.

Capacity: 1000–2000 pcs/h per station, i.e. up to 4000 pcs/h from the entire machine.

Full process automation: loading, transport, printing, quality control, and part collection.

eliable COGNEX vision system – automatic error detection and rejects (adjustable by percentage).

Quick changeover – die replacement and reheating in up to 20 minutes, tooling replacement in approximately 10 minutes.

Professional electronics and drives – MITSUBISHI controls and servo drives, FESTO/METALWORK pneumatics, OMRON/WIELAND safety.

Ergonomic operation – intuitive 10" touch panel, 3 levels of access, remote communication module and cameras.

Solid construction – powder-coated steel frame, HIWIN guides, WEISS rotary table.

2 independent KELLER printing stations with automatic foil rewinding,

Quick die clamping system, deionization station (input/output) with extraction, automatic manipulators,
input and output conveyors and OMRON safety curtains.

Full construction made of sheet metal, aluminum, and PC.

The machine collects parts from the conveyors, positions them, and automatically transfers them to the rotary table. Two parts are processed in one cycle, which go through the sequence: deionization ? printing ? Deionization ? Printing ? Collection. After printing, the parts are transferred to output conveyors or collection containers. The process is fully automatic, fast, and stable.
