Kinsley, Inc. PSNCAivanti 6 Up Filler

In-line 6-Up pump wagon

The component of this Filling System unit is the "Filling" portion of a fully automated liquid production line

It features 6 in-line HiBar pumps that are mounted on a fully adjustable (on x/y) rail connected to the pump wagon. The pumps pull liquid from a trough/hopper (15gallons) that is also fixed to the pump wagon. Each pump can pull .5oz up to 2oz per stroke of the pump

It can run approx. 700-800 1oz bottles and 400- 500 2oz bottles an hour and support a bottles ranging from 1in wide x 2in tall and up to 4in wide x 12in tall

This filler features optical gates that close while filling selected bottles and open to funnel the next set of bottles into place. For larger bottles these gates can be easily adjusted as well as the pump positions on the rail. This system can also run any combo of the 6 pumps, if all 6 are not needed the operator could choose to run just 3 (or 2 or 4, as needed). This can be helpful for a quicker change over on smaller runs

Seller also will include 6x ceramic piston sleeves they bought for the liquid line with the idea they would run vinegar through the system but that did not happen. The ceramic sleeves are brand new and were $600.00 each for the total of $3,600.00 and are included
