3 - 5 Liter Party Kegs

The Automatic machine will be equipped with:

1. N° 2 filling heads for 3-5 liters party kegs with isobaric & volumetric filling control equipped with, magnetic flowmeters, pressure transducers and 7” touchscreen PLC. Machine’s double chain conveyor equipped with gearmotor, keg’s stoppers and centering devices (length 3000).

2. Fobbing station (to be supplied by the Customer) to be positioned after the 2 filling heads.

3. Manual capper.

4. Rinsing station.

The machine will be capable of 100 kph productivity for 3 - 5L kegs (depending on product’s
temperature and pressure) and will be fully C.I.P. capable.

The filling cycle will be performed as follows:

? Filling machine:
o Keg indexing, centering & lift toward filling heads
o Connection between kegs and filling heads
o Keg purging with inert gas (adjustable duration)
o Counter pressure with inert gas (adjustable value)
o Isobaric filling (controlled by E+H magnetic flowmeter)
o Keg depressurization
o Keg release

? Manual capper:
o Cap positioned by the Operator.
o Keg manual capping controlled by The Operator.

? Rinsing station:
o Controlled by a photoelectric switch, the rinsing shower will clean the party kegs from external product residuals.
