Continuous ice-cream production with a variable volume increase from 30 to 100%, with ideal hardness and temperature for extruded ice-cream at -6°C and/or filling immersion moulds at -2°C

Description and features:

The lower part of the machine is equipped with a piston pump that sucks up the ice-cream mixture (in a liquid solution at 4°C and it is conserved in a aging vat) and compressed air (quantity regulated from the control panel); the air and the mixture together are sent to an internal cooling chamber (with a high refrigerating efficiency) where a hollow type mixer with a stainless steel eccentric shaft and stainless steel scraping blades, by rotating at high speed produces an ice-cream of great structure. The machine is also equipped with speed control and viscosity control to regulate the consistency of the ice-cream and for protection against eventual mixer blockages caused by unbalanced mixtures or by operator error.
