Handling includes crane and rigging, extensive cutting, palletizing, removal of lines and disconnecting, removal of piping, removal of duct work, does not include removal of rooftop units, removal of cat walk, or removal of lower structure

The blancher will require extensive cutting as all pieces, including bolting flanges, have been welded together. Cutting will be done with plasma cuts and grinders. The purchaser will extensive modifications and fabrication to re-assemble.
The battery hoist is welded together as one complete structure. The entire structure will need to be cut apart with plasma cuts and grinders. The purchaser will have extensive fabrication and modifications to re-assemble the hoist. The main lifting beam will also need to be cut twice to remove.
