The OP30 can be used for orange, kiwi, mango, and grapefruit.. The machine is a mechanical peeler (corer if necessary) that is rated to handle 30 pieces of fruit per minute. The OP30 also haS the ability to slice your fruit with a min thickness of 8-10mm and the number of slices can vary based on the size of the fruit.
Each machine is equipped with two heads that can be used to process two different types of fruit. It is highly recommended that you run your machine this way so that you are not constantly changing the heads.
