Equipment Description
ACMA 793 Detergent Powder Filling Line with Doboy Shrink Wrap Bundler - Line 4
Line 4 Established in 1968. Forms cardboard boxes using hot melt glue and fills with detergent powder. 136 cartons per minute. Cartons are closed with hot melt glue and check weighed. Rejected cartons are ejected from line and the powder reworked. Markem laser printer for batch data prior to bundling, either in 4's or 6's. Markem barcode label applied before bundles are sent to palletiser ULF 7. ULF 7 Palletiser is shared with Line 7 and is listed separately, Listing Number 953206. See Pictures for carton sizes. Line produces small size cartons regularly found in convenience stores.
Item 1/17 - Robot enclosure with KUKA Roboter GmbH KR 140comp 6 Axis Robot, S/N = 887691, YOM = 2005, Max Load = 140Kg. Bundles of pre-manufactured product cartons in skillets are removed by the robot tool and placed onto the filling machine in-conveyor. Cartons are removed from the skillets and formed. The empty skillets are removed and sent back to the carton manufacturer for reuse. See Pictures for carton sizes.
Item 2/17 - ACMA Powder Filling Machine. Cartons are formed and sealed with hot melt glue. Powder is gravity fed from above floor via buggy bins (refer to listing number 953122). 10 head rotary filler. One flask set with a Min/Max volume of 0.75L/2.14L.
