250 lb capacity (8 cubic foot) single-motion PADDLE MIXER with TILT-to-dump discharge. Butcher Boy is focused on meat markets, but this food grade stainless steel horizontal mixer is appropriate for a wide range of food processing applications.

FEATURES:

31 inch long by 20 inch wide by 24 inch deep horizontal U-shaped stainless steel mixing vessel.

Four (4) paddles, on a 1 inch diameter stainless steel shaft, with rectangular sweeps on each end
Manual tilt to dump with multiple position latch.

Newly fabricated stainless steel lid with safety interlock system that cuts power when the lid is lifted.

Locking 4 inch casters for added mobility.

USDA food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.

2HP drive motor.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
