Production speed: up to 50 pieces per minute.

Final product: 1- to 4-layer face masks with triple-pleated, ultrasonic heat-sealed panels and a nose wire. Ear loops not included.

Fabric specification: Non-woven fabrics from 10g to 40g per layer. Spunbond, meltblown, and GSM types.

Pneumatic specification: 120 psi with a 600-liter tank.

An internal operation manual is available, with the last maintenance performed in October 2024 and qualification.

The ironing and nose bridge adjustment module does not have the original parts, but the equipment is qualified with these modifications.
