Product-wetted parts: stainless steel 1.4301 (304).
Disperser drive: Off centre. Spindle speed 160-800RPM. Mixing element tooth disk approx 600mm. Mixer drive 55 kW, protection class IP 55 / not explosion-proof infinitely variable via frequency inverter.
Mixer dirve: Off centre. Spindle speed 26-130 rpm. Mixing elements 2 x 4 blade axial flow about 800 mm and 1 x 4 blade axial flow about 350 mm. Mixer drive radially clamped two half shells, 11 kW, protection class IP 55/ not explosion-proof infinitely variable via frequency inverter.
Cooling: cooling coils stainless steel 1.4301 (304). max. 3 bar with open outlet cooling water outlet temperature via PT100 and pressure via analog pressure gauge.
Insulation: for vessel wall in cooling area.
Cleaning system: With 2 cleaning heads type Turbo SSB and a total of 6 cleaning nozzles in the tank, with central connection point.
Load cell system: 3 load cells each 5 t and mounting kit.
Temperature control with limit switch: Resistance thermometer PT100.
Overfilling safety: Level limit switch FTL51.
Sampling valve: Valve with minimized dead space design for sampling di-rectly from the vessel.
