Equipment Description
The main objective of using the Oenoflow FIT system is for economic and efficient clarifying filtration by means of the tangential flow principle. The Oenoflow FIT system was developed specifically for small facilities and utilizes a new "modular" design concept. The base system can be combined with additional modular components or building blocks so that the facility can add functionality and/or increase capacity now or at a later date.
The base Oenoflow FIT system is fully automatic and equipped with a touch screen control panel for simple and flexible operation. The unit is mounted on a mobile skid with rollers for easy integration into your process.
Like typical crossflow systems, when the Oenoflow FIT system is used to replace diatomaceous earth and sheet filters, customers can benefit by eliminating the use and disposal of filter aids, reducing product losses and increasing filtration consistency.
