The Standard Vyleater is the perfect solution
for the research or production operations that
generate glass containers requiring destruction
and separation.
The heart of the Standard Vyleater is a custom
built S&G roll crusher. This powerful device is
adjustable to accommodate glass and brittle
plastic vials from an ampoule to a 100ml bottle,
with plastic or metal caps. After shattering the
container, the vial fragments and its contents fall
onto a vibrating conveyor for automatic separation and collection. The totally enclosed stainless
steel conveyor discharges vial fragments from
one end while liquid exits from the other. When it
comes to simplicity and economy, there is no
other machine that can separate bottles from contents as fast and easily as the Vyleater

The VYLEATER has the capacity to crush 4000 to 7000 glass
vials per hour depending upon the material and the size of
the vials.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
