Equipment Description

Complete plant with 2 turbine generator systems. Everything included

The equipment has very little hours since installation. They will need to be moved off the site. They are located south of Moab Utah. They were overhauled in 2020 installed and never used.

The following is included:

Inlet system with filter cleaning system
New control system
New SD breakers, 15K volts 1200 amp
Exhaust system complete
New Oil coolers
Gearboxes have been overhauled
Generator ends have less than 800 hours on them, one is new 0.0 hours
A control room enclosure complete with all control switches
New battery chargers

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
