Capacity: 150 LPM (40 GPM) of PW quality water

During normal operations, the system shall be capable of heating water at a flowrate of 60GPM, with a minimum delta temperature of 15°C in a single pass.

During heat sanitization, the system shall be capable of maintaining a temperature between 85°C to 90°C for 30 to 45 minutes.

The generated PW will be between a temperature of 18°C - 22°C.

The equipment will be control via Program Logic Controller (PLC). The PLC is a Rockwell Automation CompactLogix 5370 Controller.

The Main Components are as follows:

Heat exchanger (HX2010)

pH adjust injection (P2080)

Hot water back washable carbon filter (F2040)

Particle filter (F3005)
