The Agetwin ageing vat cools and maintains the temperature of the mix at +4°C.

Description
The machine, which has one 120 litre stainless steel tank, stirs the mix slowly, conserving the smooth texture to ensure a creamy ice-cream. The Agetwin cools the mix rapidly thanks to the extremely powerful semi-hermetic compressor which enables the machine to take the mix at a temperature of 85° C and to cool it to 4° C in less than an hour.
