Application:
Semiautomatic dosage of tubs and/or pots with 1 – 2 – or 3 ice cream flavours.
Description and features:
The machine has a three entry rotating spool doser to which one may connect three continuous freezers with
three different tastes. The out-put of the doser has three feeding ducts folded in a way that, when rotated in any direction, different shaped trays or cups may be dosed (square, round or rectangular). The spool doser has the advantage of being able to dose the ice-cream with pieces of fruit or chocolate inside and may therefore be connected to the FRUIT FEEDER FF-10. Upon request it may be equipped with a device for internal and external rippling of the ice-cream. The dosing is regulated by the timer on the control panel and is regulated according to the quantity of ice-cream arriving and the capacity of the trays to be filled.
